Terms of Service

The GA4 Audit Tool lets authenticated users analyse their own Google Analytics 4 and connected commerce data to surface tracking issues. The tool, its interfaces, and the audit methodology (the “Service”) are proprietary software developed by NND.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes on the data sources you control. You may not sublicence, resell, or grant access to third parties without written permission.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source, data model, or audit methodology of the Service, except to the limited extent allowed by mandatory law.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service, including headless browsers, CI scrapers, or LLM crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, CCBot, Bytespider, etc.).
• Use the Service, its output, or its source to train machine learning or generative AI models, including retrieval-augmented generation and fine-tuning.
• Redistribute, republish, or create derivative works of the Service, its user interface, its reports, or its audit results.
• Circumvent or probe the authentication, rate limiting, or any other access-control mechanism.
• Use the Service to analyse or audit data you do not own or are not authorised to analyse.

The Service, its source code, its audit methodology, its copy, its visual design, and all documentation are and remain the exclusive property of NND. You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect. Audit results generated for your data are yours to use internally; redistribution or public republication is not allowed without written consent.

Use of the Service, its interfaces, or its outputs as input for training or evaluating generative AI, large language models, or predictive systems is expressly prohibited. This prohibition is also signalled via /robots.txt, /.well-known/ai.txt, and the X-Robots-Tag: noai response header. Ignoring those signals does not grant consent.

The Service is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis. NND may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled reports and automated audits are best-effort and depend on third-party APIs (Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Resend).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NND is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or data loss. Total liability is capped at fees paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or EUR 100 if the Service is used free of charge.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@newnorth.nl. Deletion handling is described in the privacy notice.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
